The terms below govern your use of this website. In plain terms: this is an informational site with no analytics or tracking — the only data handling is spam-protection on our contact form, described in section 2.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and DZB Networks ("DZB Networks", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the website at dzbnetworks.com and its subpages (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Privacy — minimal data, no tracking
The Site is a static, informational website, and we keep data collection to an absolute minimum. We do not run web analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or marketing trackers; we do not set cookies to identify, profile, or follow you across this Site or across other websites; and we do not sell, share, or build profiles from personal information.
There are two limited exceptions, both described below.
2.1 Contacting us
If you choose to contact us directly — for example, by emailing hello@dzbnetworks.com — we use the contents of your message solely to respond to you, and we retain it only for as long as needed to do so. Reaching out to us is entirely voluntary.
2.2 Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party service that helps us distinguish genuine visitors from automated bots and protects our contact form from spam and abuse. To do this, Turnstile may set a necessary cookie and process limited technical information from your browser — such as your IP address and browser or device signals — on Cloudflare's infrastructure. This information is used only for security and bot detection; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. If you would rather not use Turnstile, you can simply contact us by email instead.
Outside of the limited bot-protection described above, we hold no personal data about Site visitors, so in the ordinary course there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you have any privacy question, you are welcome to contact us.
3. Informational purpose only — not professional advice
The content on the Site, including any descriptions of services, articles, guidance, and any sample or illustrative reports, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional security, networking, legal, financial, or other advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Any sample reports or case studies are fictional and illustrative, and any companies, names, data, and findings within them do not represent real clients or engagements. Engaging DZB Networks for actual services requires a separate, signed written agreement that will govern that work.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the DZB Networks name and mark, illustrations, diagrams, layouts, and code — are owned by or licensed to DZB Networks and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or any connected systems;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach any security measure without our express written permission;
- introduce malware or any malicious or disruptive code;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the Site; or
- use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience only and do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for their content, products, or privacy practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk, and their terms and policies — not these Terms — apply to your use of them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, current, or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DZB Networks and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Site is to stop using it.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DZB Networks and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
